Beef Stroganoff

This is another great comfort meal! I guess you can say that I am ready for fall and all things comfort! Thankfully my husband likes to grill all year long, or I would not be ready to be done with grilling season.

I love to serve this with a salad and some fresh baked crusty bread. Enjoy!
