Cheesy Potatoes

This recipe has been in my family for a long time! It’s the perfect side dish!! You can put it together ahead or right away. Enjoy!!


2 lbs frozen hash browns

1 t. salt and pepper

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1/2 pint sour cream

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 can cream of potato soup

1 can onion rings (keep some for the end)


Mix all together and bake at 350 in greased 9x13 for 45-1 uncovered


Sprinkle balance of onion rings on top just before serving.
