Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

All week I plan to post some of my family's favorite recipes we make for Thanksgiving. The first recipe I am sharing is for Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes. This is a recipe I got from my friend Jane! The thing I love about this recipe is you can make it up to 2 weeks before you serve it! AWESOME, I know and it tastes so good! There are so many different dishes to make at Thanksgiving so it is nice to be able to get started a little early with one of them. I think you will really love this one!
