You will FALL in love with this simple fall dip! It is quick to make and only requires 4 ingredients. The base of the dip is sweetened cream cheese, next to a salted caramel sauce, and topped with crunchy toffee bits. Serve with sliced apples. I promise you won't have any leftovers!! Enjoy!
Caramel Apple Dip
1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
1 16-ounce jar salted caramel
1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions:
Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the sugar and beat until thoroughly combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer in a 3-cup serving dish or pie dish.
Pour the caramel dip over the cream cheese mixture. Spread into an even layer.
Top with toffee bits and serve with sliced apples.
Notes:
When choosing a caramel sauce, be sure to use one that is thick. The caramel for ice cream is a little too runny.
I love the flavor of the toffee bits on top, but you can also use chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips.
Enjoy!
