You will FALL in love with this simple fall dip! It is quick to make and only requires 4 ingredients. The base of the dip is sweetened cream cheese, next to a salted caramel sauce, and topped with crunchy toffee bits. Serve with sliced apples. I promise you won't have any leftovers!! Enjoy!

Caramel Apple Dip

1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, (softened)

1/3 cup sugar

1 16-ounce jar salted caramel

1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the sugar and beat until thoroughly combined.

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer in a 3-cup serving dish or pie dish.

  4. Pour the caramel dip over the cream cheese mixture. Spread into an even layer.

  5. Top with toffee bits and serve with sliced apples.

Notes:

When choosing a caramel sauce, be sure to use one that is thick. The caramel for ice cream is a little too runny.

I love the flavor of the toffee bits on top, but you can also use chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips.

Enjoy!
