Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

"When life rots your bananas make banana bread!" I've been making this recipe since my husband and I first got married. The best thing about banana bread is you can have a slice in the morning for breakfast, or in the afternoon with a cup of tea or even for dessert in the evening. Banana bread is a favorite in my house, just ask my girls! Since this is a favorite in my house I ALWAYS double the recipe and use my smaller loaf pans so I have some to share and some to freeze for later.
