Dreamsicle Punch

Over the years, our Christmas celebration has looked different. When we lived near both of our families, we use to have everyone over to our home for a big lunch, and then in the evening after opening gifts, we would get out the desserts and finger foods to snack on.

Once we moved to Ohio, we would travel for Christmas some years and other years have family travel to us. Since moving to Tennessee we have spent Christmas morning getting together with some of our dear friends who are like family and enjoy a big brunch together. We always enjoy spending the day together!

I don't know what Christmas Day looks like for you, but one tradition that has always been wherever we have lived is on Christmas evening, we enjoy desserts and finger foods. We usually invite other friends over who also don't have family nearby and play games while enjoying one another's company! It's a tradition that my family looks forward to every year!

We definitely have staples that we make every year to serve on Christmas evening like shrimp cocktail, but another favorite is this yummy punch. This is a recipe that I got from my mother-in-law.
