Grandma's Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

It's another snowy day here in Tennessee so I decided to make my Grandma's chocolate, peanut butter, oatmeal cookies. These no-bake cookies are hard to stop after just eating one! The best part is that most of the required ingredients are already in your pantry.
