Pecan Pie Bars

This is a new to me recipe that I got from my friend Tiffany. These pecan pie bars are so yummy! They are just the right amount of sweetness! They have a yummy shortbread crust, with all of the flavor of a pecan pie! I've had them several times, but made them for the first time last week and right in the middle of baking them our power went out for about 45 minutes. I wasn't sure how they were going to turn out, but I served them to our friends in our small group and everyone agreed they were pretty good! If you are looking for something just a little different to make for your Thanksgiving get together these would be a great addition! Enjoy!!
