Pork Tenderloin

I promise this is the BEST pork tenderloin!! The marinade is super easy. I actually like to marinade the tenderloin over night. The directions call for you to sear it in your cast iron skillet, which I have done plenty of times, but you can also grill it. The pictures above are from when I grilled it. I like to serve this with a baked potato or some mash potatoes .
This recipe is from one of my favorite cookbooks, Love Welcome Serve, by Amy Hannon. Her recipe includes a sauce that you can make to go along with the pork. I have made the sauce a couple of times, but honestly this tenderloin is so good it really doesn't need any sauce! I did include the ingredients for those that wanted to try it.
